Hello Ray.

Just looking for a bit of info if you any about why the site has died on us these past few days...

Is it because of an influx of people connecting onto the site and trying to communicate that the server cannot handle it and has been shutting down?

To extrapulate on what Jez said, the forum has cut out on me twice this past week in mid-reply and it's taken over an hour both times to come back on. Could the server be bogged down due to not just overuse, but maybe tapped resources (such as the 60K+ posts in memory)?

Hmmmn.... must have had problems as it's unheard of that no-one posted anything in the space of 4 hours. Anyway....it appears all is well now.

Good point, I'm sure there would have been at least one post in thar 4 hour time period if there weren't any problems.
