A little old picture shows Kadıköy Seaside which taken in 12 July 2018 from İstanbul.

Of course from here in the US most of Turkey is ALL far away. So I cheated and searched for videos.... Found a modern walking tour of the area, they are using versions of "go pro" for their smart phones---TWO taking TWO phones. Haven't the vaguest idea what they are saying as Google translate does not do You Tubes yet and LSI does not translate singing songs or talking people----yet! They do other video tours too I see. Not professionals, but they got onto an idea there.....maybe someone "Jeff" can do video tours of his towns and forested areas (don't have to walk for hours) but you get the idea!

They are talking about battery power of their telephones, very difficult to take video for charge, it always go down.
Here is better than the other walking ways in İstanbul, starting from Kadıköy Central and continues to Kurbağalıdere (I can translate to River With Frog) and after very very long way, at least thirty kilometers more until Pendik. Once upon a time Me and Myself were rided with our bicycles.
Also Kurbağalıdere was very dirty, the government started to clean at least thirtyfive years ago and still under construction, I don't know when will complete to clean?
İn 2:59 he says that ship is full with feces. İn 5:53 they come to their destination and the boy starts to explain what happens. He says it was like that since summer.
Their video was too long and their camera everytime shaking, I could't watch anymore, my head turned.
Also let me say that Kurbağalıdere is a legendary stream river.

A lunar halo is caused by the refraction, reflection, and dispersion of light through ice particles suspended within thin, wispy, high altitude cirrus or cirrostratus clouds. The phenomenon of a lunar halo is similar to a rainbow produced by sunlight and rain falling between your eye and the sun.

A pretty neat phenomenon.
