Maybe I just was noticing this more and Ray actually did the change a while back...

When doing the User Ratings for songs...the sub-menu with votes on it now "drops down" into the screen before the current vote tallies stream left to right leaving Yellow trails behind them! Just the drop down I'm noticing more today....Also the "edit" , Song Options, etc sub-menus do this extra animated action.

Or.........

Maybe its because I cleaned off all my computer and TV screens now that the sun has changed angles by now and is shining directly on them showing every little dust mote?

Nice catch, PracticePractic. There is indeed a feature that makes popups drop-down. But this feature should actually not be visible on the site.
