Why people with a ban meter above 5% can't mod artists? Do you feel they are unable to do so? I have been very very bothered with that for months...

When I had a ban meter of 33%, I couldn't mod artists during 2 months or so.

All the lyrics I posted had to be used via review system, but now I don't use it anymore.

Is 5% too few? Is 25% too much?

It's a consequence for being "bad", but the ban metres do seem to take a long time to go down. But you're a Super Artist Moderator; you don't need to moderate artists to change their content.
