Its just its faster than messaging and my rank keeps going down so I have to put in the codes :/ Somethings need only discussing with one person

I don't know what you mean about putting in codes, but if you go to a member's profile and look to the left, you should see an option to "chat" (light blue column, under the option to send them a message). Click it and it will invite them to a private chat.

Or you could just PM the person.
