Agreed with Em!

Sometimes the page does show, and then it downloads setup.exe I haven't clicked on it.

It looks like my computer has 7.9GB. I'll try to access that performance thing if my computer gets really slow again..maybe it won't happen again though!

I give up for now; this is doing my head in. When you can, let me know if you think I should open whatever it keeps downloading or if you think there's a virus or something, please. :]

Joey you may have a faulty pen. How does the pen get power? Batteries? Charging?
Send me your teamviewer in a PM, I believe you have a virus.

Kaleb, that is a ton of memory, I'm curious to see how much is being used.
Joeyy | 09-05-2014 21:46
Charging via a USB plug wire/cable thing. I'll try that before complaining to the company I bought it from. Just feeling a bit lazy and impatient at the moment. :p
OK, I will do. I'll put the kettle on first.

When you plug it in, does the computer try to install drivers or does the pen light up?
Joeyy | 09-05-2014 22:54
Sorry, Joe, just have to do something. Really appreciate the help and will get back to you soon, buddy.

Ou perfect thread.
I've been getting this weird redirect from some websites (happened with LSI too). It takes me to a "Java update" but it's clearly a virus or something suspicious. It's coming from a website called wrodland but I can't trace it. It's fairly new and doesn't seem to have a pattern. Any ideas where it's coming from? Thanks

Hm, sounds like what happened to me earlier. Thankfully it's only been on the one site so far. I'm not sure Joe's around at the moment; think he might be relaxing with a tequila.
juicy1 | 10-05-2014 00:07
Xeyna, that redirect is malware. Download malwarebytes and perform a full scan. Please post what the scan finds, if anything.

Joe, dumb question but how many years in college does it take to get where you're at?
juicy1 | 10-05-2014 00:19
Define what you mean by where I'm at, position wise or knowledge?
cutie_13 | 10-05-2014 00:20
I happen to be taking a similar route to Joe. Long journey ahead for me.
Captain_Keeta | 10-05-2014 00:30
Position wise.

8 months to become an engineer for me. It takes significantly longer in most cases, usually 2 to 3 years.
Joeyy | 10-05-2014 00:38
You have our support, Em.
Joe, are you still up for having a gander tonight or shall we wait until a more convenient time?

We can do it another time.
cutie_13 | 10-05-2014 00:40
Thanks, Joeyy.
Joeyy | 10-05-2014 00:41
Sure. I'm good for whenever, but you should relax with your tequila. Just don't let me forget, haha.
Captain_Keeta | 10-05-2014 00:44
Thanks Joe.
juicy1 | 10-05-2014 00:46
Are you interested in the field Jeff?
xeyna | 10-05-2014 00:51
Thanks, Joe. I'll take a look when I'm home tonight.
Captain_Keeta | 10-05-2014 00:51
Somewhat. Haha.
