alright i have had problems before with this burner thingie .. anyways i just tried to open the cd .. like okay as u can see i aint so great withcomputers i dont even know the proper names .. anyways ill try my best .. and pleas bare with me.. so i pressed eject and it didnt open .. and it wont open .. and i really need to burn something .. so can someone please help me .. what do i do .. what can i do .. is there anything i can do

maybe its stuck or somethin... maybe it wasnt closed well...

did you try restarting your computer? it might open then

this sucks .. and im sure that theres no CD in there

try to see if there is actually a cd in, go and play whatever's in the disc drive...

Don't just restart it, turn it off properly at the back, that may help....maybe..
