im giving up smoking

yes me...ME! the f*ckin smoker of the world. i started years ago...and this evening...ive decided it isnt worth it...

I carry around a spray with me, and chewing gum, and I always tie my hair up when I'm havin a fag so the smell doesn't get in it.....how pathetic.

anyway udpdate time-------

i have had a few cigarettes recently. but ive decided...ill quit eventually by cutting down-like instead of my usual 20 a day im having 5...some days only 3.

ive gone for days straight without a single drag. in the pub 2day i had half a cigarette and felt completely satisfied. normally i would have 3 or 4 to feel happy.

wow im really proud of myself! im detoxing nicotine of the xmas hols so ill be all clear by new year!
