Well, i tried burning some music to a Cd under the Mp3 type, but when i tried playing it on a Cd player it did not work- i had burned about 3 and none worked,But when i tried a CD i bought it did work

Might there be something with the Cd player like it woudn't Play burned cd's?
Or is there something wrong with the way iam burning them?

Btw,I use Nero Express 5

some cd players don't work with burned cd's .. i had to buy a new cd player in order to play the mp3's .. so i don't know what ta tell ya

it's probably because your cd player cant read mp3..

most normal cd players can't read mp3's, which is why my moms ended up with so many cds that she doesn't listen to, becuase my cousins burned them as mp3s and they dont work with most cd players, some work but most dont, on the other hand they do play in most dvd players and they work in x-box's lol my mom gets em because her cd player in the car places mp3s

there is nothing wrong with your cd-player, next time dont burn as a mp3, burn as audio only

There's CD players that can read MP3's though, so maybe you can put all those CDs to good use by getting her an MP3 CD-player. Go to the electronics store and ask about it.

lol noooo she has the unused CDs because she doesn't listen to Tool and Korn and the likes lol, but my cousins burned mp3s onto a CD, realized it didn't work and gave it to my mom because her car can play the cds, now they are either in the glove compartment or in my bedroom, since the KOD has a dvd player (stupid spoiled kitten

) so we can play mp3s in the bedroom now
