I don't remember. I was 19 and all I can remember was it did hurt, but not necessarily the first time. I cannot remember how many times with my then-boyfriend, but only a few months after losing my virginity : having celebrated our first year back together with him strained our relationship during 3 months (I said in another thread I had a late period that I mistook for a miscarriage, what a mistake!). Both of us used protection a few months later.
