have you guys heard of it?

it's a black version of google.

they did this research and they found out that "a given monitor requires more power to display a white (or light) screen than a black (or dark) screen". so, tons of people google all the time, and if they all use blackle instead, lots of energy will be saved... because in the end it all adds up.

now i'm going to be honest and say, i really don't care all that much for this whole "environmentally friendly" thing, but i must say this new layout looks better than the good and old google.

what do you guys think about it?
