whether i'm sitting at my computer, or if i go away for like 10 minutes the bar on the desktop disappears kinda, well the programs do more. if i have the internet, aim and some other stuff up and i click on my buddy list it will go into the internet or whatever. the program that was opened first is now stuck where the start button is. and the side programs (just the icons) disappear and it turns grey. then the icons on the desktop have black shadowing around the edges.

i'm sure this happens to other people, i just can't really explain it well enough that people know what i'm talking about. hopefully someone can help because i always have to log out and back in to get it to stop

urm i have vista premium and i've never expierneced any problems so i can't really sympathise with you.
