Sorry, was eating dinner. Yes, you can add co-owners to your teams. So if Lisa would like to join someone, or if Em would like to join someone as suggested before, they are welcome to join whoever would like a co-owner.

And yeah, you don't need to be on the site for the games. After the draft we won't need to be on at the same time at all. You will just need to check on your team periodically. Make sure your starting roster is all active (i.e. no injuries, no one on bye-weeks) and make trades as you see fit.

We can trade amongst each other or pick up free agents (players who are not on anyone elses roster).

After the draft you can propose trades with other people or pick up free agents (players who weren't picked during the draft). The draft is strictly us picking from an open field, not trading with each other.

Thanks for correcting Jeff, Joey. Yeah Jeff, was just letting Lisa know she could still going one of the other owners to join in. Especially if one person can't make all the games.

You don't need to be present for all of the games, Carl, just for the draft. Throughout the season though it could be helpful to have a second owner for the people who don't know much about football. Someone to help them make decisions about stuff that they might not quite understand.
