I hope the guys on new jersey kick his ass

Avery is a monster, seriously what a champion, the guy knows how to get in a guys head

want proof? broduer has let in at least one miserable softie in each series

i wish my team had sean avery, douche baggery and personal feeling aside, hes got 3 goals and is a pain in the ass to every team ever, but hes good for 25 goals when healthy and makes life hell for goalies everywhere, hes like a more douchey dino ciccarelli

like i said earlier, watch out for the Rags folks, underdog team in the east, due to the deepest 3 lines in the east not on the penguins and the best young goalie in the league

Sens swept out, alfie can polish his clubs, embarrassing season for the sens

Wasn't avery saying racial slurs to the french hockey players and i think he called a black guy the N word and stuff, and i think he was saying stuff to brodeur about his divorce.

I believe he's pretty much 90% right on about most french players in the NHL

and i think he called Laroque a monkey, which while offensive isnt the worst thing he could have said

Avery is massively underrated, hes got great hands, he pesters teams like no other, as far as im concerned nothing is off limits when it comes to pestering other teams, divorce, coke habits, dui's, cancer, terrible break ups whatever, your a pro athlete your supposed to focus, if you can't become an accountant

Yeah, he's a good player but I just think he's a douche bag. He didn't even shake brodeurs hand when they beat out new jersey tonight.

actually broduer refused to shake his hand, avery may be a douche bag, but at least he's comfortable in his role as an agitator, Marty didnt have the class to shake his hands, Broduer is a whiny little bitch who as a top 3 goaltender in the league should have more class and respect for thegaem to not let an agitator like Avery get to him like that

Avery is Avery he's never plaed any different than he does now, Broduer however is supposed to be the superstar franchise face of his team. I guess what it boils down to is that i have no more or no less respect for Avery after that series, but i lost a ton of respect for Marty after he refused to shake Avery's hand

They beat a goalie with the flu and nearly gave up a 3 goal lead, not exactly a resounding win, especially when you consider osgood let in 3 goals on 21 shots

this is a series detroit should own, but probably won't the wings lack character, except maybe mccarty and draper, those guys are badass

I don't have any idea who will win... I know who I WANT to win though.
I'd like to see Montreal beat Philly, Pitts beat Rangys and San Jose beat Dallas. I think all of the series' will be close, game 6 or game 7's with all of them... that's not much of a prediction, but these days it's so hard to predict anything.

personally i want to see a rags/sharks finals

that would be an epic 7 game series for a cup, which would probably require the first overtime in the stanley cup since uwe goddamn krupp scored in OT

Wings up 2-0. No surprise there. Game 2 was dominated solely by the Wings. Some weak goals let in by Theodore. I think Budaj should start next game.
Habs giving up the first 2 goals in the 1st 2 games of the series. Weren't able to comeback tonight though. Going back to Philly it's now a best of 5. I get this weird feeling Philly might come back to Montreal for Game 5 with a 3-1 series lead with the way this is going so far.
What a comeback by the Penguins last night. Down 3-0, came back to win 5-4. Everyone seems to be picking the Rangers to win the series. They won the season series 5-3 or something like that but this is completely different this time around. Should be a good series either way.
Sharks better win tomorrow or I'm gonna be pissed. Me and a buddy of mine have a bet going. If the Sharks make it to the Cup Finals then he owes me a pitcher and if Dallas makes it I owe him a pitcher.

Leafs sign Finger for 3.5m a year for four years, Hagman for 12m over 4 years, and Cujo $700,000 for a season...

Sundin better be staying, because I don't think they've improved at all.
