You have just won an all-expense paid vacation for 2 weeks to go anywhere in the world. You can finally go on that trip to visit the forum member you still have yet to meet. Where do they live, who are they, and why are you visiting them?

Finding halfway points is so much fun!

Someone else and I are going to meet up in Fargo, Minnesota.

Is that so?

you'll have to let me know when you're doing that - because I believe that someone is also supposed to be going to Paris at some point.

Ahem...calling all Americans...I AM the halfway point...well...okay, so I'm 6 hours east of the exact middle of the country. It's close enough.

So - everyone, come here.

Yea, but Oregon is pretty. Plus I have 20 acres, we could have fun, do a big game of hide and seek or something.

But if everyone came here, we could go play in the river. Get some tents, go camping on a sandbar that's not technically in any state, and have bonfires and fireworks, etc.

Hide and seek in a 20-acre field?

"98...99...100! here I come, ready or not!"

*turns around to nothing but field as far as the eye can see*

"Okay, so there's only one place you guys could be hiding, and I'm getting the lawnmower!"

you know, if I had the creativity to figure out how to make it work, I'd start a hide-and-seek thread. That's like my all time favorite game, especially sardines in the dark.
