hi im doin watersprts 2morro and im gonna try windsurfing and canooing and i was wondering if neone has done it b4 and if they could give me some tips on how 2 stay afloat and not capsise

keep your balance- try to stay in the center of the raft. don't make any sudden moves, and just enjoy!

canoing is pretty easy!! ummm just dont tilt ur body sideways or u will flip over....and if ur in a river or something and you r bout 2 hit a branch of a tree or something then just go straight forward(like ur head on ur knees or w/e) dont try 2 avoid it right or left!!! that would be bad.....
