RBs and WRs are your high points players and you need more of them. Typically it is smart to use the first 2-3 rounds to get a couple of good ones. You only need 1 QB and there are 32. You can still get a good one if you wait a few rounds, especially if everyone else does too.

Almost all starting QBs will put up decent scores. Also there are "more of them" since you only play one. It is far more important to get a good RB and WR than a top QB, but it is still annoying if people pick the QBs you want in the first round.

Thanks so much for that both of you! I will change my auto/manual pick process this year and see what happens!

I'm not following rules, lmao. Me and Lisa used to pick a QB first and I'm sure we came third a couple of times. And I won doing it however I did a few years back, sooo. XD

I've (hopefully) set up my auto draft the way I want it because I'm seriously unprepared this year. Might still be around later if I remember.

I was that position last year, remember? I used it to my advantage I'd grab two of same quality...that is how I got two highest QB's in first two rounds...but then terrible ones in next two...

Yeah, taking two good QBs back to back is not really a good idea lol.

It always takes the highest ranked player in the category you picked for that round, regardless of health.

the 50+ bonuses on rushing, receiving and passing are the ones that I added. I think normally they're turned off.

[Non-question...draft is over till next year] If the healthy players are selected (I think I did) in the Auto pick....how come I got 4 Q's questionables and 1 "Out"??

[Meaningless Stats: Only 2 teams got 2 Questionables---rest of the 11 other teams in the League got zero Q's or one Q's because they were present---I sat it out as I'd just would have picked the highest one fast in one minute and that is one auto pick would have chosen for me---I came in for last one and got him as projection said "grab him for last round" so I did!][Please...not complaining...just pointing out the obvious!]

My Question: When? [date add players function is turned on] Can I swap him out for either my second QB (I do need one who is not "bye" on week 9...really hard to find in the leftovers anyway....
I like choosing before the next highest one is taken away off the list (actually the 19 point QB I read in his projection and blurb, is not good at all)
but right now, today, looking at my team......"Out" is just empty space on a bench

...............Unless you know something about the game in "pre season" that I don't...if the Out's can come back before the season starts?
He was spotted doing some change of direction exercises off to the side...but I don't know if that means he can "rise again" to play!!

Question 2: Is it too early to "claim" anything, for the Questionable Four (Actually only Three as 3--one may definitely be healthy by week 1) Questionables while my waiver order is 4? I'd like to take advantage of my low number while I can???

Samuel broke his foot in the off season. There's actually a small chance he could play the season opener though unlikely.

Drake should be fine, Montgomery got injured the other day and from what I'm taking from it, he might not play, Swift has an undisclosed injury, so that's doubtful, Henderson Jr might be out too.

When we said don't take five QBs, we didn't mean take five RBs as well lol.

I mean, you can, you might want to grab a backup QB. Drop one of your questionable RBs for a backup QB.
