"Greg - eine raetselhafte Verwandlung" by Dirk Walbrecker.

It is based on the novel "Die Verwandlung" by Franz Kafka.

It is so weird, a man turns into a caterpillar. don't ask me why...

So far the book i hate the most is the scarlet letter. It's considered a classic and well written yet it is the most boring book ive ever read and is pretty much a soap opera in a book.

It's a tie between Tuck Everlasting and The Da Vinci Code.

TUck everlasting was boring. Period. There's just no question about it, it was boring.

The Da Vinci Code was a good IDEA. Unfortunately, Dan Brown was more intent on the history than the story getting through. The bad dialogue and action sequences really took away from my appreciation of the rest of it.

And honestly, I had that clue on the cryptex figured out ten chapters before the characters did. That's quite sad, when a 13-year-old has it figured out before the college-educated professor/adventurer does.

There are two I can think of:

The first one is called Victor, and it was about this retarded boy these people found in 19th century London who was then raised by these people who tried to make him slightly less retarded, I guess. It was DEATHLY boring, I tell you.

The second one was A Separate Peace, just because it was SO stupid!! I still don't think he bounced the tree limb on purpose...

Jane Eyre. We only read the first 10 chapters, but we were told to finish it. I swear, I almost lost the will to live.
and
The Royal Hunt of the Sun. It's actually a play, but it dragged. So much. We just finished it in English and I am soooo glad to be shot of it.
