| Yeah, CS Lewis is one of my favorites, too. My parents gave me The Chronicles of Narnia when I was little, and I've read them...I don't even know how many times... probably six or seven.... Anyway, when I got a bit older I started checking out some of his non-fiction, like Mere Christianity and Miracles, to name a few, as well as his adult fiction, like The Screwtape Letters and The Great Divorce. Anyway, I like him a lot. He presents his points (in nonfiction) with logic and clarity, two characteristics I really admire. If you're not a Christian but have an interest in theology, you might like Mere Christianity. If you're already coming from a Christian viewpoint, then you may appreciate Miracles more...though Mere Christianity is still a good read. |
