Dragon's Egg by Robert Forward - I'm reading it for a book club with a group of friends. It's...very scientific.

I'm not sure if this counts as a book as it is more of a short story, but I'm currently reading Ray Bradbury's short story, The Veldt.

Pétronille by Amélie Nothomb.

Haven't read any of her books in 10 years. This time, I couldn't stop laughing while reading it.

Tonight, I started to read Marc Lavoine's novel L'homme qui ment (The man who lies). Although I prefer him as a lyricist, it's his first novel. Sort of autobiographical, because the central character is Marc's late father Lulu, a communist postman who has a penchant for women.

I haven't read an actual book in months. So many comic books though. So many. I've recently read the first three volumes of American Vampire & the first two of Velvet.

Le Journal intime de Siri (Siri's diary) by Nawak, I read it in 20 minutes. Just a book filled with one-strip cartoons of a cat, Siri, and her owners, but seen from the pet's point of view.

Unfortunately the author didn't sign the one I've got, but I have seen my mum's name in the "thank you's" page.

The book was offered with 2 free badges and a magnet.

^How does it compare to Gone Girl?

I enjoyed it a smidge more than Gone Girl but that's probably because I had read the book after I had seen the movie. It was a really fast read. Even though I figured out who one of the killers was early on I still enjoyed it.

& just started In a Dark, Dark Wood by Ruth Ware the other night. Also very enjoyable so far.

Finish In A Dark, Dark Wood & the ending ended up being pretty predictable but not terrible overall. Started The Good Neighbor by AJ Banner. It's decent so far but I'm happy that I didn't pay for it.

That book I got for Christmas, Les 100 plus grandes chansons de l'histoire du rock décryptées (What's hidden behind the 100 greatest rock songs) by Axel du Bus. The author explains the meaning of their lyrics.

Most interesting when the song is aired on the radio at the same time.
