Asking generally won't get you likes...but I do often procrastinate on liking threads. Even posts. Sometimes to the point of forgetting.

Moving the mouse a little extra and clicking more than I otherwise would is apparently too much effort.

Joe i advise against using those both on moral grounds and because the quality/availibility of the streams are spotty at best. If you're looking to cut the proverbial cord i suggest getting an antenna and hdhomerun networked tuner for your local broadcasts and using one of the movie/tv streamin addons for cable shows if you absolutely have to stream things.

Morals are for hippies. The issue with the antenna is I wouldn't get all the channels I want, I'm looking to get as many channels as possible. I have an antenna now and I have it connected to my TV directly and I get 10-15 channels. What are the best addons? It's not really explained anywhere how the whole deal works.

I quit using any of the live tv streaming addons because they're unreliable as fuck. Sources that work one day don't work the next, and some that did work were so bad it wasn't worth watching. If you just want episodes of shows to stream, i used to ise genesis but now apparently SALTS is the one to use now. You can download repositories of thousands of addons and find the one that works best for you. When I get home tonight I'll send you some links and how-tos

If there are shows I want to watch I can just download them but I'd prefer to have live tv too so I can watch cooking shows and shit like that. I'm surprised more of the UK people dont use it so you can watch shows that aren;t available there.

Is the AR mode off?

Lol, no. There's no Pokemon there when switched to AR mode. Turn it off and it's there.

I'm just finishing up seams, edges and patch spots.. but it's fucking tedious. I have probably one more round of sanding/coating to do before we can start painting. Hopefully I can get it all done tomorrow/Saturday. Carpet will probably be going in next weekend and we want the paint done before that.

That part is the shittiest part sarah. Hanging the sheets is easy, the mudding and sanding is what sucks ass.

All of the doorways were unfinished, so right now I'm going through and putting edging on those that don't have doors. Biggest problem is that nothing is square, so I have to put a ton of mud on it and spread it halfway across the wall to make it even. Starting to look better though. I'll take some pictures before we start painting.

Been reading about these since you and Jeremy have been discussing it in the open here....Looks interesting to me.

Confusing part is that if the software is open sourced, what type of Android (?) (guess its not ipad compliant yet) unit ---physical unit actually holds the programming to stream the media? (I saw a photo of one called "Rasberry" that is running the Krypton version of this)
