Guy I work with has this decade-long tradition of burger thursday. Apparently an old co-worker of his was told to stop eating red meat altogether, and failing that cut back to once a week. So they all started getting a burger every Thursday and avoiding red meat (at least for lunch options) the other days. He kept the tradition going when he moved out here, and its kinda catching on with us now. there's about 50 different places to get a high-quality burger in Richmond, so there's plenty of options without repeating should you so choose, and most of the time it's cheaper than other lunch options. I've become a fan.
