Manziel has zero chance to succeed - it was always questionable or doubtful for most people whether he had the size and skills... Now he's wasted 2 years and has a terrible reputation and possible looming suspensions coming. Hes another Justin Blackmon type.

The trick with the NFL is to make it and then do stupid shit.. Ray Lewis, Roethlisberger, Peterson, Bell & Blount... People care less if you're winning. A rookie making stupid mistakes and bad decisions.. no one wants that.

Sarah you're right - it's really just about having skills and talents that can't be replaced. And it's like that in most areas of life. Guys will generally accept more whining from a 10 when they wouldn't from a 5. The head manager gets more of a leash for mistakes than the intern, etc. it's actually surprising how many people don't grasp this or think it's an injustice.

That's life all around. How much stupid you can get away with greatly depends on how useful you are. Manziel is one of those who thinks he's worth more than he really is.

Manziel's problem isn't physical ability or stature, its the 6 inches between his ears. He never had to take the time to learn a complicated playbook or read a defense. He was always better than whoever he played against so he was able to win on equal parts luck, speed, and good wr's. Now that he's playing against all pros instead of some future pros and some future accountants, his natural ability blends in. His inability to read defenses and his unwillingness to learn and grow as a player makes him a shitty pro qb. His other issues make him a liability which reduces his marketability as a 2nd or 3rd stringer.

Its a damn shame too because the kid had the talent to be at least a starter if not a star. He has natural talent, and a 6th sense for feeling pocket pressure and getting free long enough for wrs to improvise. He is a bit on the small side but so is drew brees, Russell Wilson, and Tyrod Taylor. Doug Flutie was 5'10 and Fran Tarkenton was 6'0 if he stood on his toes and you spotted him half an inch then rounded up. The difference between them and JFF is that they are and/or were students of the game. They put in a dickload of time in the film room, they know/knew their playbooks front to back, and they spend tim with their coaches and teammates working to get better. JFF gets shithoused on inflatable swans and (allegedly) wears disguises in Vegas the day before their team's last game.

Ooh which colour do you have! Sucks that it is so slow :-( my battery was acting really wonky a few months ago and I kept losing service. Changed the SIM card and it was still happening -_- Thankfully it was still under warranty and I got a new one. Something was wrong with the sim reader or something tech-y like that haha
