Manziel has potential to be big but he blew it because he's an idiot. Doesn't mean I still can't like him for what he has been able to accomplish before his career went down the shitter...

Maybe that's what you should say, then. If you're going to have someone as your profile picture and another person asks who they are, saying why you support them makes more sense - otherwise you can't expect eyebrows not to be raised. ;]

And he's really not accomplished much at all. He sat on the bench for a year, went to rehab and sat on the bench for half of another year, then "lead" his team to a 3-13 season.. where are the accomplishments?

His history of drunken nonsense goes back into his college days too.

I know he was a great college player. Doesn't translate to pro, like many other great college players who have failed in the NFL. Years down the road people will remember the drunken idiocy and how he ruined his life/career.. not a couple of good years playing college ball.

Well said. Nobody gives a shit about a players college statistics. It's his performance at the pro level that matters and he is a failure. He is a joke of a player and an all around shitty person. The only reason you pretend to like then dislike and then like him again is so you get attention. Like right now.
