LSI Player not working!

Dear All!
Since y-day my LSI player won't play my selection of beautiful tunes anymore..!
The LSI player opens, but only as a blue & black screen with my whole playlist just being absent..replaced by a blue screen!
I have had several attempts at fixing the problem, but nothing has worked so far..! Hopefully someone will be able to help me..some advice?!

Hi Chrissy! Welcome to the forum.

Hopefully Ray will work on it pronto. Let me just double check all the browsers I have to see if it's working on any of them.

Mozilla Firefox (version 38) - nope
Google Chrome (version 43) - nope
Opera (version 30) - nope
IE 9.0 - tabs don't work, but I used the direct link and nope it didn't work either.

For Ray - here's what we see. The player is all blue and we can't choose any songs. I clicked on the play icon to see if it did anything, and nothing.

I have the same, Yesterday on Windows 7 and today on Vista. Yesterday it worked on Vista. The one on the front page when your not logged in doest work in IE for Windows 8, at least it did yesterday but neither did it work when logged in.

I logged in yesterday and everything worked fine, the logged out at the end of my business day. TODAY, there's nothing, just a blue scree; all my selections that I've been listening to and added to for the past week or so ARE GONE...Help!

Yeah, I use Vista, too. I assume it's some update that Ray did that make it go bonkers.

Any update Ray?

Same here blue screen only. I am on Windows 7. So glad to know it is just not me. Missing me tunes!!!!

A workaround will be to listen to them on YouTube or Spotify for the time being.

I see that Ray (the site's owner who can fix this) isn't following this thread, so it's possible he hasn't seen it. I'll send him the link and ask him to have a look here for you.
