how do I fix the green video player screen sometimes t works other times it don't don't know why it just quits working please can someone help me

Hi there. I moved this thread to the 'Support' part of the forum, which is where threads should be when they're about something on the site not working properly.

I don't know the answer to your question, sorry, but the webmaster should (hopefully) see this here and be able to help.

Does the green screen appear in the LSI Player or at the videos displayed at the lyrics pages? Or both?

Do you have a screendump of the problem? That would help me understanding the problem, thanks

it appears in the LSI player it worked for half a day yesterday than went green again

Update - I listened through most of an album and a few songs on another, I didn't get the green screen of death.

What browser were you using? Maybe I can try on that one (if I have it).
