Our homeowner's insurance paid for everything which was nice and our rates didn't go up. It was a big hassle, but so is life.

On the plus side, this heavy rainfall should raise the waters in the stream and I'm really hoping it can carve itself back into the shape of what a stream is supposed to look like.

Hi, Joeyy, well it's probably not a common occurrence, but I'll tell you about my city. Two pizza delivery guys died in the last 12 months, and they were saying one was shot (not deadly) again tonight. I mean, if you're going to rob someone, I doubt they carry that much cash. Jeesh!

Why is he called Deadpool? When you think about superheroes, you can see where their names come from. Ant-Man, Spider-Man, Batman/Girl/Woman, Super-Man/Woman, Wonder Woman, Iron Man, Storm, Captain America, etc. And the same can be said for plenty of villains. Poison Ivy, Doctor Octopus, the Joker, Green Goblin, etc.

Does Deadpool drown people in pools? That's all I've got, help me out.

to the best of my knowledge when they created the character he was essentially a direct copy of DC comics Deathstroke, they even made the aliases almost identical (Wade Wilson/Slade Wilson) so Deadpool/Deathstroke (most swimming styles are strokes) kinda follows.

basically the writers had a dumb sense of humour when ripping off another comic book character

I'm alright...nobody worry about me......lol

I've been delivering for 7 1/2 years...been very lucky.....we've had one driver robbed and one manager. count my blessings very much that it's been that way. But I also don't work nights anymore. Joey...when they develop transporters, you're first on my list...hope you tip well.

In other news..back to work here in the office. Nikki is on vacation with the witch..I mean her mom and sister. Jennifer is sick, so Cody spent the nite at my house. Has to take Ella in for a physical this morning for school. School starts in two weeks here. And the moral here in the office is below sea level. Not as fun as it used to be around here. but, I still keep the upbeat spirit. "ain't nothin gonna break my stride!"

There was one time i think we were almost robbed. Like 930am (when the door should have been locked but the manager was being lazy so she didn't have to go back and forth letting drivers in). Just her and i there and this kid walks in and just paces around the lobby. We tell him the oven won't be ready for a while but he stayed anyway. Then our driver walked in, big 6' something black guy with a deep voice. Asks the kid what he needs and the kid left. I think we were lucky he showed up when he did. Pretty sure the kid was waiting for us to open the safe, which was on a 10 minute timer we were nearing the end of.

So many times trains have been delayed, and this is the first time I've seen them working to fix the problem. (Probably because usually the trains won't pass the problem so you can't see it.)

Five People You Meet In Heaven was a very good book. Loved the movie with Jon Voight. Picked up For One More Day and i'm reading it now

and they will probably never find them...it does suck....but the sea is vast....like searching for a needle in a haystack.
