This one goes to Piggly Wiggly, which was my intended win, and Sinkhole de Mayo.

The following is a paid broadcast from Stanley...

*insert commercial jingle*

Please, people, let's not forget what the great HappyLion said when he first opened this thread back in '02...

Tired of "favorite..."s and "hate..."s?
Tired of religious wars?
Tired of disputes over words like "gay"?
Feeling random...?

Or are you just one of those people who don't make any sense anyway...?

THEN DROP BY THE RANDOMNESS, THE PLACE WHERE YOU CAN JUST GET THAT WEIRDNESS OFF YOUR MIND!

-----------------------R U L E S-------------------------

1. Posts in this thread (with this one as a possible exception...) may make no sense whatsoever!

2. Try to read all existing posts before posting a new one...

3. DO NOT USE MORE THAN 3 SMILEYS PER POST!

4. BE ORIGINAL!

5. Have fun for Christ's sake!

6. (Don't) Spam!

*cough cough*

So none of yours is sure that a version of "Sound Of The Underground" has been performed by Las Ketchup after the Girls Aloud original, since I can't find the video? Or did somebody put the song by mistake?

I had no choice than delete the song for the Spanish band.

I don't think they covered the song. Sometimes sites make a mistake and that mistake is copied by other sites. I can't find evidence of them having sung it, so unless you can, you probably did the right thing in deleting it. It can always be added back if evidence surfaces.

Mmmm, seasoned grilled chicken, mashed baby red potatoes, and a spring mix salad. Not bad for a meal that's mostly just applying high heat to things and waiting.

So I've been noticing lately that I have these "bruises" on my stomach, back and a few on my leg. I honestly have no idea what they are but it's starting to frighten me.

Tried it shortly after midnight when I first noticed it. The interactive ones are cool. Enjoy yours too, Carl.

Can't say I look at my back very often, but random bruises seem to be a part of life.

Random bruises, bleeding from unknown locations for mysterious reasons, waking up one morning in a tub of ice with a kidney missing, all just parts of life

So I shouldn't be worried because from what I'm seeing, fish aren't really going away..

New alternator Jen? What does the AC need?

I very rarely get bruises

They said the clutch and coil is broken. I don't know what that is. I know I've replaced various things regarding my a/c, but I don't recall that. It is rather unfortunate as we are entering into some of the hottest and most humid part of the year in Florida.

I am going to call a couple places to see how their pricing is compared to Honda's. I've also been asking around about car shopping. I don't want to have to look into getting a new car (or, well, newerish to me anyway), but I can never pay my credit card off because I keep having to put all these repairs on it.

If you don't have any other symptoms then you're probably fine, but go to the doctor if you're worried.

I seem to have lost a rare-ish coin a friend gave me. Poo.

I need to do something, though. Because anytime my car shows any signs of something needing to be fixed, it turns into a danger zone. This was the second time I was driving in a high traffic zone where my car just started dying.

I don't have any symptoms other than freaking the fuck out over it.

That seems pretty high for a repair, I think you're getting screwed on that.

I agree, that's too high. I am sure I can get a better quote. But, I'm just kinda over it. I am tired of not knowing if my vehicle is safe to drive and not knowing if it's going to randomly give out and strand me somewhere.

Some of that high price is taking it to the dealership to have work done. Independent or even chain mechanics can do the same work for much less.

Great point, never take cars to dealers for that reason.

Just finished watching Run All Night. Excellent movie if plot isn't your main concern. Like a smarter John Wick or a less dark Running Scared, pretty good combo. Plus an all-star cast including Qui-Gon Jinn, Robocop, Common, Hoskins from Jurassic World, and Ed Fuckin Harris. I fully endorse it.
