Yeah, don't do that Jeff anymore. You might get burns that won't heal or someone might catch on fire. Reminds me of the teens who posted the fire challenge on YouTube.

I had possibly the weirdest (for lack of a better word) couple of hours of my life after a nice evening with friends. Very coincidentally, my parents had a crazy one, too. I feel like mine pales in comparison to theirs now, but I still feel shitty about it.

Mine: Tried to help a woman who had gone off the deep end for about an hour and a half. Ultimately failed and feeling awful about it. Got stranded somewhere in my town with a dead phone; pay phone wouldn't recognise taxi number. Thankfully some decent teenagers were out and lent me one of theirs.

Parents': First tram was attacked by a group of youths - windows smashed, fights on board. Second tram (first had to stay where it was) derailed, but thankfully not in the crashing or tipping over way. They think the kids put rocks on the track or something.

When I told them mine they were pretty dickish about it; I told them I'm not going to feel bad for trying to help someone just because I might've been hurt.

Anyway...cups of tea helping a little.

Joeyy - we celebrate starting the 3rd, really. A lot of the fireworks celebrations are on the 3rd and then there are others on the 4th.

Happy Fourth of July to all my American friends here....and to those overseas...may your day be bright and cheery. Went to the Lansing fireworks display last nite......used to be a lot longer...was only 19 min long last nite, big disappointment. But Jennifer Nikki and I had fun with friends. back at work with nothing to do...no freight today
