Hi! I will use this thread for songs that need edited with hard to hear lyrics or who have no lyrics at all on the website. Thank you!

My first request:

If you could help me with this song:

Enrique Iglesias - Break Me Shake Me

3:11--3:39 is the part in question. It's hard to hear. Let me know what you hear.

Hi Nicolas! Thanks for your hard work helping me & LSI. Here are my comments and I hope you will respond soon. Thank you.

0:09--0:11 - sounds like he says "roamer" twice.

0:14--0:17 - sounds like he says "your town".

At 0:33--0:36 do you hear him say "in the mornings"? At 0:38 do you hear him say "My need is running low"? These differences were coming from an official source so that's why I ask.

At 0:40 & at 1:49 - sounds like he says "and" at the beginning of the part.

At 2:17--2:24 - sounds like he says "I say don't wanna go", what do you think?

Supernova / Lucky Clover - sounds like they're nicknames personifying his lover. Since they represent a proper noun I suppose they should be left
capitalized.

I found around 2012-2013 that one of my favorite singer/songwriters collaborated with Enrique Iglesias on that album. I bought a used copy on eBay. From that moment on, I absolutely loved every track on the album! I didn't pay attention to it when it came out as I was into other albums. It's kind of funny how our discoveries bring us to different types of music.

1) I don't think he actually says roamer twice, it sounds like an echo. And echoes are subjective in lyrics, you can either just put the one phrase or write the echoes verbatim. It's up to you on that one, but I normally choose the former.

2) Yeah, the lyrics here had it as "at your town", but the lyrics booklet says "into", and I can hear that as well.

3) Nope, I don't hear those. It says both "in the moment" and "my meter's running low" in the lyrics booklet and I hear those quite clearly. Maybe the "in the moment" confused you and made it sound like something else, since he puts extra emphasis on the "t".

4) Yeah, I thought he said "and" there too, but it's not clear. I'm not sure if it's an extended "I've" or an "and", could be either one honestly.

5) That could be, yup. Considering the next line is "Don't wanna go away", it could be starting that off with some relevant ad-lib. Would probably be typed as "I say (Don't wanna go)".

6) I don't think supernova and lucky clover should be capitalized. It's the equivalent of calling someone "sugar" or "honey" - you don't capitalize those normally.

Ah okay, neat! I know you were around in the early 2000s so I had assumed you picked up this album then, but that makes sense too. Wow, that's right, I see Gregg Alexander produced this album. This doesn't seem like something he would produce at all, that's really interesting.

Sorry for such a late reply, Scott. I quite like that song, too, haha. I don't have any amendments to what the two of you have come up with it.

Hi, the song is Be Yourself by Enrique Iglesias. Can you help me figure out what he says at 2:49? Video
Thank you so much.

At 2:49, I just hear some "do do do"s. A few seconds after that there's some lyrics, but they're in the description. Did you list the wrong time?

Thanks, it's @ around 1:48 between these two verses:

Do you try too hard?
Or are you strong enough to be yourself?
***Something said here***
My papa used to say "You're just a loser and,..

I can't quite make it out, any thoughts? It's not in the booklet, either.

Hmm. It just sounds like a random utterance/ad-lib to me. Either "away" or "ooh-way".

Yeah, I had a listen like you asked and I can't make out what it might be other than what Nicolas suggested, sorry. :[ It does seem like a random place for the noise - maybe it's a word from another language?

Thanks Nicolas, Joey and Meg. On the source I saw it had "wait", which I think I'm hearing, too. Thanks for the help!

Hi! I wanted for you guys to triple check something for me. It's a line on "Say It" by Enrique Iglesias. What lyric do you hear at 2:04-2:09?

Thank you so much!

It sounds like "And yes, I know I wasn't perfect when i ran and lied all those times". That's what most lyrics sites have it as, anyways. Is that what it is in the lyrics booklet?

Hi Nicolas, thanks for your help. I don't want to sway your opinion, can anyone else tell me what they are hearing?

I hear the same thing. And yes I know I wasn't perfect when I ran and lied all those times

It sounds more like "ran a light" to me, but that doesn't make as much sense.

Thanks Joey, Meg, and Nicolas. Debriefing: the lyric was from the lyric booklet. I hear both lines when I listen to it. It didn't make much sense, but I guess it's to show he isn't perfect. Goes to show you - that what is online isn't always right.

Avicci - For A better day

I think we got it ok now, but I can't seem to determine if it should be "And we sang a song for the little thing" or "And we sang our song for the little thing" - thanks for any help!

"How can you all even stand it?"

Lyrics sites seem to have that for that part, too.

You have to use the audio I linked for you guys. The music video has a different variation.

Yes, I just realized that and edited my post. I was confused since you provided two links. This song has accurate lyrics online if you need them, though.

I saw a different lyric online as well so I wasn't sure if it's that or the other one.
