it's actually something that bothers me, a lot of female don't get a lot of respect and the most common critique i hear from guys is how they don't want to hear some girl talk about her period on stage.

As if dude's wouldn't make it the focus of their act if their junk started bleeding once a month if they chose not to procreate. It would be the hack comedians go-to

religious dietary restrictions are weird to me. It made sense 4000 years ago when eating undercooked or improperly stored pork could kill you, but we've come a long way as a species. Bacon is delicious, don't deny yourself this stuff.

I know! I am so tempted to at least try bacon once in my life. So is the case with the alcohol.

We watch a lot of British stand-up and I can't think of any female acts who mention periods with any kind of regularity, but no doubt it's been mentioned by some over the years.

Guess it depends how strictly you follow the rules, Saina.

I guess I'm in a position to judge, because I don't recall ny dietary restrictions growing up catholic.

I mean there's all the stuff the church says is not recommended like contraception and pre-marital sex that i shouldn't participate in but i crossed those lines over a decade ago, so i guess it doesn't really matter.

I bought him a "snowman kit" back in December. It came with the hat, scarf, a plastic pipe & carrot (which we didn't use cuz it was too big/heavy to stay put), and plastic buttons.

Hanging out with this girl, nothing serious but I think it could go that way eventually. But she tries to call me every night or every other night. #firstworldproblems. There's nothing to talk about, I did 5 minutes worth of cool shit today. Like really, let's not talk nightly because I just don't want that ever.

It actually startles people if you're just honest with them. Last night, I picked up an old fling and my current roommate from some gay dude's house i'd never met and when I got there the chick was like "Why didn't you come out tonight" and I was like "I just didn't want to" and she got all flustered. Like she expected me to make up some horseshit excuse as if I need one for anything, ever. Rewind like 5 hours and my roommate asked me why I wasn't coming with him and some friends for dinner in the city and I told him I didn't feel like it. He had a really awkward "ok....." thing about himself. I feel like people are so conditioned to give and receive excuses and lies that sometimes truthful things catch them off guard a little
