Haha. I didn't mean it like that, sorry. I just remember an American professor saying she'd seen so few cases of "true" DID that she struggled to believe it was real. Always thought it was one of the more interesting disorders.

My comment about not encouraging their use, Jeff, was a polite way of asking you to a) not encourage their use because in truth, it's against the rules, and b) to perhaps be mindful not to be too liberal with them yourself.

And to make sure I am clear, this is me stating it again.

Haven't worked with anyone with DID. Schizophrenia is a horrible disease, but I find that so many of my patients who have it are remarkably intelligent with wicked senses of humor. I hate schizophrenia, but I often enjoy people who have it
