Noooooo! Forget U Bank of America! Again! They are cancelling one of my cards and sent me a new one, again! Within the past year, they've 'prevented' fraud and sent me new ones on all 3 of my cards at least twice. I don't go anywhere, and the only things online I really buy is when I pay my bills. Explain to me exactly where all this potential fraud is happening? This is becoming annoying.

I'd rather they just place a warm hold on my card and call me to verify something than to just send me a new card entirely. Or find a way to make their cards harder to manipulate so this doesn't keep happening. If they do this to everyone, how is this cost effective?

I would like to. If it is just so easy to steal card numbers now these days, and there really has been this much potential fraud, then fine, thank you for being proactive. But if that is not the case, and there really isn't evidence of potential fraud, then I'd rather they come up with a different solution than this one. But, I'd end up just talking to the card department call center person, and I doubt they'd have much say or ability to do anything. *sigh*
