Haha. Well we know the score for A MURDER IS ANNOUNCED was 23... THE BODY IN THE LIBRARY scored 22. Best answer on the board by a point.
4.50 FROM PADDINGTON was next on 26, with EVIL UNDER THE SUN on 38 and Jen's answer, CAT AMONG THE PIGEONS, the highest on 68 (probably because it's similar to an idiom, so people might've guessed it).

Yeah, it must be the idiom because I don't think many know the book. It's the most recent Christie I read, and '4:50 From Paddington' was the first.

I'll go through the ROMAN EMPIRE answers, too. I always mean to, I just forget. B chose the best answer, AUGUSTUS on 12, and Jen the highest (EAGLE, 59), though I didn't think the bird would be the highest.

Welcome to the twenty-first, late LetsSingIt Pointless quiz! Dedicated to Joe and Em, past contestants who we've lost from the site; hopefully not forever (and Heather who never played, but who receives an honorary mention because we love her).
Rules of the quiz:
