I know the lyrics + can sing the tune, but I don't know the name of the song, and wished to find out if anyone else knew.

It is sung by a female singer and I think it is a late 60s song.

Here are the lyrics to the song:

I like to do the cha cha with my mommy
I like to do the cha cha with my daddy
I'll even do the cha cha with a dummy
But I will never ever, ever, ever cha cha with you.

Because I wanna, wanna, wanna, wanna twist with you
Because I wanna, wanna, wanna, wanna kiss with you
Because I wanna, wanna, wanna, wanna twist with you (not sure of this line)
I wanna love you the teeny, weeny, way I do

I like to do....

If anyone can figure out the song for these lyrics, that would be awesome....

I heard this song in the late 70s - my Dad had the song and would play it for me - not sure if it was LP or Reel to reel.

I could try and sing the song. I know how to create a digital file with my singing - just don't know where I can put it for you to listen to it.

Could you possibly ask your dad if he remembers what tape it was? Or is he no longer alive? If this was in the late '70s I'd imagine your dad must be pretty old if he's still alive (depending on your age, that is).

Also, if you really want to do that, save it as an MP3 and use filedropper.com to host it. Do you remember if the song was a hit or a more obscure song?
