I didn't mean to imply you're a junkie or anything like that, ha. I love the meds that work without complications for me, too. I looove my period painkillers; periods would be awful without them. It's just that (again) not all pills are beneficial only. Bad wording on my part.

lol Sierra. I think you're just suppose to stick it just inside the nostril, not way up your nose. I've had that problem with nasal spray before too though.

Italian is white bread and 9 grain is darker. Not so much whole wheat but it's covered in the different grains. You can tell the difference. Here
