I think this song is 90's but not sure, certain its pre-2010, It has a bit of guitar and a woman singing, not sure what though, its very upbeat and happy. The Chorus is her going ouuuu aaaa ouuu aaaa (drawn out and long). May have featured on Malcolm in the middle, wish I knew the other lyrics maybe "having fun" is one? Not sure if I made that up. Sorry I don't know anything more

It's probably not, but Shakira makes a weird noise which could be compared to that in her song Whenever, Wherever (video). She probably sings it the most at 02:05.

Its hard to put a genre on it, But maybe pop/ska. Definitely not daft punk and it isn't Big Fun- Inner City (lacks the guitar, womans voice is to deep), I am raiding my parents vinyl to see if its on there somewhere. Thanks for your suggestions, keep em' coming
