An idea I just thought of, partially because I'm curious, mostly because I need some new ideas!

Rules:
Post what you're having for dinner tonight.
Add the recipe or a description if you'd like to share.
Post one meal per day.
Offtopic conversation is fine, but it must relate to the meals posted.

This.

Added about a cup of shredded cheese to the sauce and some garlic powder and parsley as well. It is delicious.

Pork, cauliflower, and onions with rice. It'll either be lunch or dinner depending on whether we're going out for lunch.

Aw, I should have posted my dinner yesterday. Oh well, I will post it now.

We had mesquite grilled chicken and a pasta salad (Pasta Primavera Salad) on the side. I made a few changes to that recipe 'cause we have a few picky eaters in the house. Including myself. Excluded the capers, radishes and broccoli. And added in black olives, extra peppers, celery, red onions, and substituted cucumbers for the zucchini. Also I used Miracle Whip instead of Hellman's.

And the girls really loved it. Also we had ice cream bars for dessert.

Made some all vegetable soup today, it turned out really good! I threw in some southwest seasoning into it this time. It's a little spicy, but tolerable, so I am satisfied.

Anyone have any eggplant recipes they like? I have been wanting make my first attempt at an eggplant meal.

Tonight, we (mum and I) are going to try a new recipe, Chicken Broccoli and Mushroom Stir Fry. It's quite similar to Paneer Chilli we make, so it's easy to convince my mother to try this recipe out (my mother is not very adventurous when it comes to unknown recipes.)

If this turns out good, then next thing is Orange Chicken and Vegetables Stir Fry.
