| Some of you will know I took time out from the forum to work on my book...here's a few bits, opinions please. Would you want to read more?
Burns once told him that his thoughts were vibrations and that if he managed to stop them for long enough and hold his concentration he would feel another vibration within his chest. He called it The Primordial Vibration. He knew now what Burns referred to and he also realised that Burns’s blasphemy was a ploy to change his views of life and open his mind and heart to a deeper knowledge. He remembered asking once, why, if God was so good, were there so many bad things in the world and Burns explained, “God is perfect and everything He has created is perfect. In creating the universe God left his fingerprints on everything, i.e. “In His image”; in other words His creation has the power to recreate. Just as a seed grows to fruition and sheds seeds of its own. And like fingerprints everything is unique in so much that everything has its own vibration, tone, colour or scent. Just as the purpose of a seed is to grow to perfection so it is the purpose of man to grow and know perfection. The problem is we don’t realise that even our thoughts have the power to create and in our ignorance we blend God’s vibrations, tones and colours imperfectly and so we make the impurities. These impurities go on to create their own seeds that grow. God never made anything imperfect; we do that all by our selves. Remember every action has an equal reaction”.
The big, beautiful cat pulled herself from slumber and rolled gracefully on to her back, legs stretched in the empty space above her. Twisting her torso, she rubbed the forest floor, scratching her back and shoulders, and grateful for the pleasure it brought. She rocked from side to side teasing herself playfully untill she passed the point of no return, rolling gently back on to her side. If a cat can smile, she smiled then and with a shift of her shoulders and rump, she scratched her back again. For a few moments more the cat indulged in her playful mood until the feeling in her breasts took over.
Her tits were sore, yet she moved with an easy willingness on to her side, her ears and her heart already attuned the regular symphony of baby yelps. But the pushing didn’t come and there was no burning on her breast. The ears that should hear the sounds of her babies remained empty of noise; there was no cry that stoked her ear in to awakness, no harmony of sound clawed at her breast. She missed her reason d'etre. There was no sound to paint that day. Just emptiness and confusion.
The smell of blood filled the mother’s senses and her chemistry changed. She stood, her instincts waiting for the signs of threat. There was none. And then she saw the male. He lay watching. Confident. Waiting. Power and strength exuded from him, while her body was in turmoil, torn between impulses. A physical bond had been broken. The tiny paws, the pressing, the cries and the smell had all gone but spiritually the bond was still there and her whole being yearned for it. Her body’s natural impulse to protect shouted flee but the spirit called out to her babies and she couldn’t move. And then as her mind restled with decision, the male suddenly stood and walked away. He took the threat with him and the cat was filled with yet another feeling; relief. Chemicals rushed around her body and emotions ran high with confusion. The impulse to run had gone. The nagging feeling behind the fear silently called for control. The smell of her babies drifted slowly and sadly to her face. Then it was gone. Whatever bond there had been was no longer. Survival was loud in her ears now. And she looked about, suspicious and inquisitive, wide eyed but wary.
Quietly, without menace, the shape moved in her direction and immediately the cat flatted herself in the grass.
The shape was rare but she had seen it before. Although this time, it was bigger and the glow was brighter. Then suddenly the shape stopped and came to rest.
