| I completed the artist-moderator tool. A member can become a moderator of an artist map. This moderator can add/edit and remove songs and album information. With this new tool I hope the archive become more correct and clean.
If an artist map has an moderator, it is not possible to correct a song for this artist, a moderator is responsible for that now. In this way I hope it speeds up de the process of submitting/correcting lyrics of other artists. It is still possible to add songs.
I don't know yet how I am going to select moderators for the lyrics. The moderators will get a huge responsibility, so I want to be 100% sure I get the right people.
If you have more ideas or tips, let me know. If you want to volunteer for the lyrics moderator job for an specific artist, let me know. |

| Ray, I think this is a great idea. A lot of the time, I go to an artist and the songs are all mixed up, in the wrong albums, or have songs that arent even real. | I am slightly confuzzled by this 'artist map' terminology...  if you want someone to look after Oasis, I'll be more than willing.... but I am, as I said, slightly confused by the ins and outs of it all.

| Ok, each artist has a 'map' on LetsSingIt. In this map you'll find links to different sections of this artist : lyrics, fanpages, forum links, 'buy cds', 'buy sheet music' & 'buy posters'. That what I mean with artist maps.

SomeCallMeMaxx "The Vandals".
If the mods access 'their' artist map an moderator toolbar will appear automatically. You have to be logged in of course. If you find bugs or think some functions can of need to be improved, let me know.

Just to let you know that whilst trying to clane the Oasis area up, I tried to put a song into an album (ie. 'make link') but it came up with the following error.
'500 Internal Server Error
