| arghhh i have my PSAT test tomorrow and i'm panicking!! i did the practice one today and i don't even know most of the words. i know it doesn't really count that much, but it's still gonna be embarassing if i don't know anything! anyone have any tips on how i can calm down or just on the test?!?! |

| with the test...just take your time, don't rush through it.
the end questions of each lil section are harder than the beginning ones.
i.e., say you're doin analogies. numbers 1-5 will be easier than 10-15.
guess if you can eliminate one or more answers.
for critical reading, DONT READ THE PASSAGE. look at the questions and the LINES in the passage it refers to...then go back and look at the passage.
for math...if you can substitute something in for an equation or somethin, do a tiny number, a large number, zero, and a decimal.
believe me...i know all this jawn...(thank god im done with it)
but really- just relax. I know it's hard to, but if you get over anxious you'll just end up making dumb mistakes.

it didn't go that bad... maths was easy and the verbal, well if i dont know the words, i cant really do much!! now i'll just have to wait until i get my results!!!
