right i was talkin to stanley and we agreed there should be ONE punk thread....
here is a massive list of what people consider to be punk bands. you may not agree but everyone has different opinions, and what you may see as not punk...others may seee as punk-obviously not all punk bands are going to be on here yet!this is a list of bands for people to refer to if they need bands. if I miss some...then add them and ill renew the list!
This has taken me ages! I have music off most of these bands-nearly all of them-so if u wanna know what theyre like or want to hear there music (on msn)then just ask

Gumby does not have a bootleg copy of The Terror State, but she does have three copies of Sing the Sorrow, the latest from AFI. Not that that has anything to do with anything.

Okay, guys, I'm not trying to be offensive in any way, but I really want to ask...why bother arguing over which bands are "punk" or not? I guess what I mean to say is that I don't understand why the classification makes a difference at all. I mean, if you're into that kind of music, you can probably tell the difference between what you like and what you don't like...so why should any term that may or may not apply to the music make any difference? I'm not attacking anyone or anything, nor am I trying to start an argument - I just want a straightforward, respectful answer.
