On letssingit.com, someone put the lyrics for "Helena" by My Chemical Romance wrong. I wrote in to give them the right ones & they still didn't fix it.

wrong lyrics:
Can you hear me,
Are you near me
Can we pretend to leave and then

correct lyrics:
Can you hear me,
Are you near me
Do we deserve to leave the Earth

well, the moderator looks at your lyrics correction suggestion and if they agree with the changes you are wanting to make, then they will accept them and the words will be changed. however, if the artist moderator does not agree with the corrections you are submitting, then they will deny your request and the words will not be changed. so, it is at the discretion of the artist moderator on whether or not your corrections truly are correct. (unless there is no mod, then it is up to the reviewers to vote on accepting or denying your request.) in your case, there is a mod, and like Aur0ra has mentioned, it looks like the lyrics are correct as they are and the artist mod probably denied your submission.
