22,057 posts	I have, and i recommend against it most of the regulars up and disappeared after the new layout really but theres still some regulars that frequent, just not as often LSI is almost a nostalgia site for some people i think

What do you want to do? I bet you're excited? It's all going quite well thanks, I've finished 3 years of the 5 now and on placement this summer which is quite good fun believe it or not! 38,012 posts	No offence, but why is it always that old members come back towards the end of the summer holidays (when they probably run out of ideas to do something) and then complain that the forum is dead, whereas they contributed a lot to that by leaving in the first place.

21,398 posts	glad you're having fun! results day is next thursday..scary it's now so close all summer it's seemed so far away. my first choice is manchester and i'll be doing maths there hopefully if all goes well, i am reallly exicted, i need to get out of birmingham and meet some new people!

19,287 posts	Daniel - I don't have a summer holiday this year, I'm on placement at the moment and there's lots to do - today's a day off. I don't care if the forum is dead or alive, it's just an observation that it's a hell of a lot quieter than when it used to be. Vicky - Maths, wow! I'm very impressed, maths is tough! You will have a great time I'm sure, what grades do you need to get in?

21,398 posts	haha yeah i actually love maths, however much of a geek that makes me sound...so it was the obvious choice when i wasn't sure what to do! I need AAB, with an A in maths obviously but because i didn't do further maths i have to get A's in all my maths modules too, oh dear! I want 3 A's though..haha, so fingers crossed biology and chemistry have not let me down!
