30 posts	Not really... Mostly because I've never actually seen one around here, but partially because of that warm fuzzy feeling you get when you buy new clothing... There used to be a thrift store down the block from the local Starbucks and I was going to look around for some cool retro clothing or something, but it closed before I could.

10,474 posts	Yes, at places like Ross or Bells. * offtopic : And for the record, second-hand doesn't mean used all the time. Second hand stores also get new stuff that has never been worn. The big stores ship them their left-overs, back stock and what they didn't sell. I have bought a brand new Roxy bikini with the tags and everything still on it, for like $15 for both pieces, where in the regular store would have been about $40 a piece. And it was new, not worn and used. So don't go saying a bunch of crap. You probably have never even set a foot in those types of stores.

8 posts	i have, i got my favorite sweater at a thrift store there some really god stuff sometimes for really good prices, just wash the clothes before you wear it and it's as good as new!

155 posts	Sure I do, but mostly for furniture when I'm moving. I went to a store that a factory had, once. The clothes were brand new, but a lot cheaper than when bought at a store. Crazyperson: Does it really matter WHO has worn the clothes as long as they are clean and in a good condition?
