It's May again, so that means that some countries will send their best, some countries won't bother at all and just pick any performer and some countries will look for the worst they have and pay them for participating.

Aaaaaanyhooooow, what would the world be without ESC!

GO Belgrade!

So, let's have the discussion here .. as always with a bit of a sense of humour

I'll start ... give me any reason why Serbia wouldn't win again.

I have been listening to a few songs and most of them could come from anywhere .. english worthless lyrics to a disco-beat performed by a blonde beauty seems to be the new thing this year. Away with those!!

Which is a shame because we hear some amazing, (even just great compared to the crap we enter for this), artists in other competitions.

That is a rather accurate description of our submission. But she won it for us in 1999, last time we won, so maybe...
Assuming Europe hasn't changed their taste in 9 years, lol
Besides, it should be about the song, not the performer

Yeah, I heard about that one, it's Latvia. And it's written by swedish people
I think some people in the group are swedish too. I hope they're good, they can't embarass us pirates

Aww, when you said Baltic I was starting to hope the Lithuanians were pirates! Arr! Would've been cool. I haven't really heard the Lithuanian song, or any others...
I've heard one song by the band that the Lithuanian guy's in. And kind of liked it. But I've been told his song for Eurovision is completely different. So I don't expect it to be good. Meh.

the UK's is... alrightish. Haven't heard anyone else's mind, so couldn't compare.

Having said that, the last 8 years UK has never got more than about 5 points... so this act might give us 6

well, those school girls and flight attendants from the last years were a bit .. hmmm .. how to say .. awkward.

And awkward as well is the belgian contribution .. once again with a made-up language. The last time we did that was good for a second place, but I am afraid this year we will be were belgium usually is

How can you say the Irish entry is stupid? It's a turkey! I'm backing them all the way .
"Give us another chance, we're sorry for river dance."
Go Ireland, I'm glad some aren't taking it so seriously. Like we'd win anyway. My mum thinks only the countries with supporting neighbours have a chance of winning these Eurovision days. Saying that, I am glad the English public finally chose someone who can sing a bit rather than cheesy crap this year.

if it's web-based then bingo. if you have to download a program to be able to work it (which is the case for sopcast), then nevermind. macs are not program-friendly.
