27,345 posts	* offtopic : i made a new thread cuz we totally hijacked julisa's thread about postcards "Something i saw on youtube made me think that we lsi pple should write a big community postcard. like, someone writes a few words on a postcard, then they send it to a person from lsi they have the address of, then the person writes something on the postcard, then sends it to someone else and so on.. and in the end the card comes back to me (of course), i scan it and everyone can see the wonderful card that went all around the world, with everyones lil handwritten note on it. i like that idea" other forummers liked that idea too apparently, namely : bruna (indiechick) daniel (Dagor) james (TheAnnoyance) jeremy (JDolla) julisa (Juliet86) kaitlin (Deadly_Rose) karla (ice_white_tiger) lina (Barakine) maiken (Maycen) nanki (nanki_c) ^^ all expressed that they want in (if im not mistaken). other pple talked about it (like tim, aka PunkRckr8...) but im not sure they want in. i read all your suggestions and they're all great, i just think we need more pple to join in.. like, sierra, tara, phil, anthony, sarah, heather,... PM me, i'll give u someone's address to send it to. situation 2 : u received it and u have someone to send it too : please make sure the person is aware what this card thing is. either cuz they posted here, or cuz uve talked to them about it. situation 3 : u havent received the card, but u might get it soon cuz u're definitely on the list. just be patient. situation 4 : u havent received the card, and u know u wont ever get it. u suck, dont worry, it happens. situation 5 : u look fabulous today. no really. hot and sexy all over. situation 6 : u received the card, but your dog ate it. u suck, big time. we all hate u and your dog too. all in all : have fun =)

21,956 posts	Nope, I just tore the bruises on my feet by wearing shoes for 3 hours (it's not really as near as you imagined) And the weather got better eventually, so it's okay. The sun's actually shining now. =)

19,034 posts	i was wondering that yesterday too.. its been 2 weeks. It took longer when Jen sent it though, so I guess we should start worrying when it goes over how long that one took.

20,723 posts	You know how long it took when Jen sent it registered, and it's going a looong way. And Carole, have you seen the person/people online lately? I haven't. So I'm wondering if he/she is on vacation or something. They told me at the post office that it would take at least a week.

19,034 posts	i went by where you said you'd send it on monday.. which would have been the 23rd, which is 2 weeks tomorrow. but yea.. if you sent it registered then this is normal. should be getting there this week probably.

20,723 posts	Yeah, I was gonna send it Monday, but didn't reach the post office in time. And I was done working an hour after it closed on Tuesday, so I didn't send it till Wednesday. I checked now, and it was sent from the post office the 26th, and out of Norway the 29th. after that, there's no way I can trace it. But after paying a small fortune for sending it registered, it better not get lost.

10,474 posts	It won't get lost Maiken. They have to sign it in at every check point, and the person receiving it has to sign for it too. So, it is almost guaranteed to get there, it just takes freaking forever!!

22,426 posts	BINGO! i had a feeling it would come for me while i was out of town but it didnt yay. everything is absolutely fantastic yall. this is coming along so great! thank you maiken =) mikey loves the 30STM pin. we have not tried chocolate yet. im keeping the envelope forever though, it so cool to see all the diff stamps you had to put on it!
