| Because enough people think he is not fir to run California. Or moe technically:
"California law allows for a ballot on recalling the governor if there is enough public support. Over the summer, more than one million Californians signed a petition calling for a recall vote, even though Mr Davis was re-elected to a second four-year term less than a year ago.
The governor has been accused of poor leadership during an earlier energy crisis and for mishandling the state's economy. California - the world's fifth largest economy - has a $38bn deficit and is effectively bankrupt. The state has been hit particularly hard by the end of the hi-tech boom. "

| Arnold may not have much/any political experience but he will have many advisors to help him with his job. He has only been elected for 20 hours or so and already people are complaining.
