| Jesus is not the only answer. For the questions in my life, He has been the best answer. When I have really been following Him, I have been more patient, understanding, loving, and even confident.
I really think some people on this site are posting about Him in a bad light. I understand that it really hurts when people insult something that is very dear to you, but insulting them right back is so contrary to the teachings of Jesus.
Seriously, people, WWJD? If they slap your cheek, let them slap the other as well. If they take your coat, let them have your tunic as well. If you are truly wrapped up in the love of God, then you have no reason to be fearful. A lot of the anger I've seen from the evangelizers on here has not been righteous anger, but prideful anger.
Not saying I've never been prideful--I fully admit to it.
Show some love. You may be the only Bible that some people ever read. What do you want them to see about the Bible? |
