| Do pple in here like chat rooms ?
I've been visiting a couple of chat rooms and it was either a) incredibly boring, b) only about sex, or c) all of the above.
Contents of a convo (its a sample) :

So friggin impersonal.
And that was a sample of a BORING convo, dont get me started on sexually related ones.
So, in short, i dont give a damn if msn closes their chat rooms. |

| lol, to get back onto the topic of what this post is about..
Me and a load of friends used to have this chat room on msn, and like if we started talking to someone and thought they were okay then we'd introduce them to everyone else in our little chat-room. It became quite big, and there was usually always people there, and because u knew them it was good. i don't know what became of that, but I think that type of chat-room's okay, but I guess it's just the same as having lots of people in a conversation on msn.

I go to school but i dont, haha. I teach, if u havent heard that before. English, to 14yo kids. I have a sis whos older. My cat is with my parents and i miss her.  Chocolate is like the thing u cant live without, eh? Tip from a Frenchwoman : plain chocolate goes friggin great with a red full wine called Banyuls. French fries never bothered me so far, altho i dont really eat potatoes (yeah im a weirdo, lol). French fashion is ok, but sucks compared to Italian fashion. ie Put a man in an Armani suit and get ready to drool, lol. French champagne is the only champagne thats worth it, and its so delicious.

| well as a beautician i do like all massage , waxing and am currently doin a nail course ! and also when people are getting married i advise them on what colours they suit and things of that nature !

| I don't have a problem if MSN close all their chat rooms since I never use them. If, in the unlikely evens I want to visit a chatroom, I'll use the ones on Yahoo since most of the guys I know are there.

| lol yeah Rachel, i dont know what i was thinking, beauticians do all that. Waxing pple must be like... ew. lol I'd love to do the make up and massage things, hehe.
My sis got the nicest makeup and hairdo i've ever seen for her wedding. Beauticians truly know what colors fit u. She was so gorgeous (well she still is).
And yeah i get a lot of job satisafction, thats, i go to work with a smile on my face everyday. The waking up part of the day is not that nice tho, lol. My kids are not too bad this year, young but fun. And i still am in touch with some of the students i had last year, thats so cool.
Btw i have an American kid in one of my classes, and of course hes so friggin bored there cuz we all go "What's your name? My name is..." and, well he speaks English fluently. So anybody got any idea about what i could have him do while in class ?

| Here's a suggestion Carole... If he's fluent in English then maybe he could help out other students who are having difficulties with the English language? It might help him with his French as well

Working in small groups is possible only for like 10 minutes. They need to listen and speak most of the time.
And yeah he does speaks French pretty well.

& well i used to go on yahoo chat ages ago, couldn't be bothered with iut any more.. it seemed that most rooms i entered everyone had their own what they called " clique " & was all similar to what carole wrote..

| Chat rooms are alright depending on the ones you find ive actaully made a couple good freinds off of the yahoo chat and a girlfreind also off of yahoo and thats the girl im with now weve been together 2 and a half years almost.
